In light of the recent videos that have come out the last few weeks showing irrefutable evidence of the evil chop shop that Planned Parenthood is running by killing babies and then selling their organs for profit (You can see and read all about it here... I have seen on many threads and personally been asked - "what can I do as a regular citizen to help stop this?" 
Well here are just a few ways that each and every one of us can fight Planned Parenthood and make this nightmare of abortion and butchering babies for their organs stop!!! 
Educate others about what is going on-share pro-life posts and articles and especially these videos and the articles about them showing the evil done there behind closed doors! Talk about it with friends and family (and encourage them to do so as well to others). You will be very surprised just how many still have no clue about this going on. 
Also contact your State Representatives and tell them to Defund Planned Parenthood! NOT ONE single penny should go to these butchers. 
Be sure to vote and support pro-life candidates without them this will never change, because the same ol people who have been complacent to this for so long will only allow it to continue. We must elect and continue to support pro-life legislation and candidates!
Those are just a few of the ways EVERYONE can help stop this!
These videos have started a firestorm that I have been praying for, for years and that has long been overdue in this country!!! 
We should each like and support The Center for Medical Progress who went undercover and made the videos! They are HEROES and have shown millions just what is going on behind the closed doors of Planned Parenthood! They have also been under heavy attack since the videos have been released and need our support! PP even had a judge issue a restraining order to keep them from releasing any more of the videos (they have a lot more that will be coming out soon!) that they have. 
CMP was fearless and stood up for the lives of countless innocent children and the First Amendment and said no way and released the 4th video yesterday. I'll say it again they are HEROES! So many can no longer deny what we in the pro-life camp have been saying for years, because of their work. Even many pro-choice people have changed their tune because these videos!!! 
SO every one let's continue to pray and spread these like wild fire to everyone you know! Let us strike while the iron is hot and let's take down that evil organization of butchers once and for all!!!

I LOVE this song! You want an uplifting song this one will have your heart soaring. I think it would make a great pro-life song! We all need to rise! And also rise back up above the darkness for those who have had abortions or worked in the abortion industry.

Thank God that is all I can keep thinking. I am truly so excited and just in shock at how many people have viewed and have shared the Phil Robertson speech that I posted last January on Youtube. Today I woke up to my inbox literally exploding with comments on it. Now I hasten to say once again that the video isn't really mine. It does NOT belong to me in anyway shape or form. I only shared the Pro-life part of the speech here on A Voice for Hope and on Facebook because I thought then as I still think now that it is a powerful, and much needed speech on the value and defense of human life that is sorely needed in our world today!

I have no idea what made it get noticed and go viral all of a sudden as it did yesterday. But I thank God for it! Thank God for letting this message be heard and shared by so many! If America has this much of a disconnect now that ANYONE would not know that such a thing is wrong or have to question it, then I have serious doubts it can ever truly survive. Babies are being killed everyday this isn't anything new, it's been happening for years under the legal protection of our government.

At CPAC last week there was a great panel discussion on Pro-Life and Religious Liberty 40 Years after Roe v. Wade. I wanted to share it here because there was some great points made and some very encouraging insights about how we are winning in the fight for life!

My family and I love to watch Duck Dynasty! It's so nice and refreshing to see a show become so popular on TV that actually features a real family that believes in God, is not ashamed of their faith, who like to have fun while still living an honest and moral life. That is extremely rare in today's world and has been for some time now unfortunately, unless it is made and shown only on a specialized or Christian network.

While I was surfing on Youtube not to long ago I found this video of Phil Robertson giving a speech about his faith and other issues in our world today. In it he spoke about the decline of your country morally in so many ways, including abortion! I wanted to share that part of  his speech with you. 




Way to go Phil! I found yet one more reason to love Duck Dynasty and Phil Robertson his is Pro-life! :)

I wanted to share this great video of Dr. Ben Carson sharing why he became Pro-life! This man is truly amazing. His life story is a true account of the American dream and how you can overcome all odds if you are willing to learn and work hard. 
Here he shares his story on why and how he became Pro-life, because as he states in the video for a long time he wasn't. Here are two great videos that I found recently on how to answer the Pro-choicers who try to say that a baby in the womb is not a person. Both have great ways of showing the truth that the unborn is a human being and a person from the very moment of conception. I highly recommend both of these both for reference and ideas for how you can better answer these arguments yourself because they do come up OFTEN when you are Pro-life, and to share with others. And who knows you might even change someone's mind and heart about abortion. The first step is to get them thinking and talking about it and you would be amazed at times at what just even a little logic will do! :)

I had a person post on Voice for Hope’s Facebook page this last week in response to a post that I made on there and she that stated that aborting a fetus that doesn't have a brain isn't murder. So I made a response to her on the subject and I thought that it would be good to post it as a blog post here for reference for other Pro-lifer’s because this is a very common belief among many people that are pro-choice.

First I want to address that the reason that pro-choice people only like to call an unborn baby a clump of cells or a fetus is because they don't want to call it a baby or a child because that would make it harder to justify their belief that it is all right to kill that child. It is a tactic to dehumanize or separate emotion and reality that it is truly a living baby that they are referring too. The only difference is that it is in a different stage of it’s development (still in the womb) where you can’t see it yet with your eyes without an ultrasound machine. You need not look any further than ANY woman that wants the child that she is caring: do they go around saying "I'm going to have a fetus!" Or I just found out “I’m carrying a clump of cells!” No they say “I'm going to have a baby!” And rightly so because that is what they are going to have.

People like Abby Johnson that use to work as a director for 8 years at Planned Parenthood before she saw the light and became a very outspoken Pro-life advocate and speaker have testified that they teach their employees to always refer to the child as a fetus or a clump of cells and to NEVER under any circumstances to call a baby or a child. Because that would put the thought of what it really is into the woman's mind and she might change her mind about having the abortion. All abortion clinics use this tactic.

But it is murder to abort a baby or if you want to call it a fetus or even an embryo it's still murder. Putting another name on it doesn't change what it is. It is the taking of an innocent human life even though it is at an early stage in development. Its still murder if you kill a 2 year old or if you kill a 40 year old the only difference is their level of development: their size and age. The science of Embryology and all top Embryologists and even the top abortion advocates like Peter Singer, and David Boonin all concede and acknowledge the fact that a human being comes into existence at the moment of conception. Everything that that human being is going to be is already present and mapped out in their unique DNA at the moment of conception. All that they need is nutrition and the proper environment like any human being before or after them to continue to grow and be born.

The woman who made the comment on my post said that a fetus at 20 weeks doesn't have a brain so it’s not murder to abort it. However that’s not true a baby at 20 weeks does already have a functioning brain. The brain and its cerebral hemispheres appear and begin to grow rapidly at only 4 weeks and by 6 weeks brain activity has already begun. So you see there is no such thing as a fetus with no brain since a fetus by its medical definition is a baby 9 weeks after fertilization and by then it already has a brain that is functioning and that is long before 20 weeks. :)

  

I also highly recommend this great video from Stand to Reason on this same subject. I had seen it before this came up and I had it saved in my pro-life playlist on Youtube for reference. I also posted it in my response to her as well. All pro-lifer’s should see this one and many of the other videos in this great series he makes great points on this subject and those similar to it that can be very helpful when trying to explain the truth to others.

I wanted to share this wonderful video because this is one I believe everyone should watch! This shows the truth behind the "exceptions" rule. Every child matters and abortion is NOT the answer for women who are raped. These are the true faces of those who have lived it and their lives matter! God did have a purpose and a meaning for their lives just like yours and mine and God doesn't make mistakes!


   

I posted yesterday about GMC showing October Baby for what was it's premiere on TV. I was so excited to hear this because October Baby is such a great movie and I believe that it will save countless lives through it's wonderful message. It is arguably the best pro-life movie ever made, it changes peoples lives and changes how people see abortion. 
I was very shocked and extremely disappointed to hear today that GMC cut out one of the most important scenes of the whole movie where Jasmine Guy's character who was the nurse when Hannah's mother had the abortion is telling Hannah about what happened. Now what makes this one of the most important scenes in the movie is where Guy's character tells Hannah that at the clinic they tell you that "it's tissue that's what they told us, it was tissue that couldn't survive, nonviable tissue. " She then tells her more of what happened when Hannah was born (I won't write any more on that because I don't want to ruin the movie for those that haven't seen it yet.) But she tells her that "I saw the pain, and I didn't see no tissue. I just saw the face of a child." and that is what changed her and opened her eyes and she quits working at the abortion clinic. 
This is one of the strongest messages in the entire movie and gmc edited it out when it aired last night according to many viewers, LifeNews.com, and LifeSiteNews.com . I didn't get to personally watch it myself last night but I was shocked and very disappointed when I read about this today and I wanted to post about it here on the blog since I posted yesterday about it and encouraged everyone to watch it on GMC. Now I wish that was the only thing that they had done but gmc is also showing the little breast cancer awareness pink ribbon on the bottom corner of their screens this month and that lead some viewers to look up more about it on gmc's website and they found out that gmc is linking to a Susan G Komen Foundation video. Komen as has come out in the news gives money to Planned Parenthood who is the largest abortion provider in the U.S.  You can read more about that part it here...http://www.lifesitenews.com/blog/tv-station-cuts-pivotal-pro-life-scene-from-pro-life-movie-october-baby .
Now don't get me wrong I'm a huge supporter of breast cancer awareness and research. I'm always glad to see how much support that breast cancer research is getting. My mother and several of her sisters have fought breast cancer and several of them died from it. So I want to see breast cancer research and awareness furthered to where a cure can be found as soon as possible. But people need to give to and promote one of the other breast cancer organizations and NOT Susan G. Komen who gives money to Planned Parenthood. Please be careful and research about charities and organizations before you donate to them and before you advertise and post about them on your Facebook, Twitter, etc. as well. Because you don't want to promote or give your money to anyone helping to fund abortions. 
It is unbelievable to me that gmc would do these two things while giving the impression that they are a station that stands for Christian values and have the word Gospel in their name. Maybe they didn't know about the Komen and Planned Parenthood connection when they posted the video on their site, but if they don't they should now as several viewers (including myself) have posted about it on their Facebook page along with our comments on them editing the scenes of October Baby last night. GMC has posted the same statement to each of us that have commented on their Facebook page about these issues...

We will be re-editing the film to re-introduce these portions in all future airings.

God willing this is sincere and they mean what they say about re-editing the film and putting the scenes back in that they left out in all the future airings. But they never mentioned anything about the connection to Komen in any of the responses at least that I saw when I was on their Facebook page earlier today. I hope that they will take down that link as well and instead support breast cancer awareness through one of the many other great breast cancer organizations that does not give money to Planned Parenthood. 
Please buy the October Baby DVD and see the entire movie and all of the powerful message that the movie tells. And if you have the time please contact GMC and tell them they need to put all of October Baby on in the future without cutting the important scenes and mention they need to take down the links to Susan G Komen. You can contact them via their website or Facebook page. God willing they mean what they say and will do what is right. 

If you have not seen the movie October Baby yet please do yourself a favor and see this movie! This is one movie that I think everyone needs to see! It's powerful, entertaining, and it will move you! If you haven't had the chance to see it on DVD it is about to make it's TV premiere on GMC on Oct. the 14th at 7, 9, and 11 p.m. Please don't miss it you will be glad you didn't! Trying to change someone's mind on the abortion issue isn't always easy to do. I wanted to share this wonderful video that I found on the Tactics for Pro-Life Persuasion from Alan Shlemon of Stand to Reason.  He has great tips on how to effectively prove your pro-life beliefs scientifically and in a manner that won't take you all day to prove your points. I highly recommend this video to anyone that is pro-life these tips are truly invaluable!
